My name is Kristina, a fully qualified and compassionate person-centred counsellor, committed to guiding individuals through the challenges of contemporary life. With a background rooted in the principles of person-centred therapy, my practice is built on the experience that every individual has the capacity for growth, self-awareness, and positive change.
My goal is to empower you to navigate life's complexities with confidence and resilience. Through our therapeutic journey, you will gain insights, acquire valuable skills, and experience personal growth.

I have clinical supervision on a monthly basis to ensure I am working ethically and safely in accordance with the current BACP Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions. This ensures good practice allowing us to get the most out of our sessions together.
