About me and my practice

I'm a Person-Centred Psychotherapist with a background that spans the corporate world, burnout, and a deep personal journey of self discovery through meditation, silence, philosophy, and many of the less travelled paths of inner exploration.

I work with people navigating life transitions, burnout, identity, and the quieter but persistent question of who am I really, and what do I want? Whether you're in acute difficulty or simply feel the pull toward something more aligned I offer a calm, confidential space to explore that together.
